The first time you went to a Royals game was Easter 1993. We sat in the rain for an hour, and then the game was postponed. So we drove the 8 hours home to McCook.
Ahhh, wow. Somehow I'm glad I don't remember that experience. I'd rather remember the Ichir-0-for-five game instead!
You would've loved the feeling after Daryl Motley's catch. I didn't get to sleep that night, and didn't care.
You guys should have had me sooner! :P
